When life serves you more than you can stand. Kneel.

I find this saying by Terri Savelle Foy so profound "when life serves you more than you can stand, kneel."

How true. Have you ever been shocked out of your wits?

Maybe you thought you have nailed that professional exam, that very exam that you need to move up higher in your career. You thought you've done and dusted it since this is the 2nd time you are retaking it. You've waited for the results for months then suddenly the email came in that you failed.

                                                             OR
You sit in shock as your 25-year-old boss, for the umpteenth time cursed out unprofessionally on your 49-year-old self. You were the boss of your former company, in your home country. You feel low, lost, undervalued. You feel you made the wrong move immigrating.

If life has served you more than you can bear and you can't stand it. Kneel.

Jesus cares all about our troubles. 1 Peter 5:7 says "Cast all of your cares upon him, for he cares for you".

There is hope. This is profound. You will rise again.

But for now. Kneel.
