What should I do when I can't explain how I feel

 


Sometimes you can't explain how you feel

You might be burnt out or you might need clarity

It might be work, but you know it's not just work

It might be that you're not getting enough meditation or enough quiet time but you know it's not just that


At times like that, you need some downtime, some alone time

Take a walk alone or with an easy-going friend

Watch your favourite TV series that makes you laugh till you cry

Watch those TV shows that do not necessarily make sense but that relax you

Get the kids out to sleep over at a friend's or family

Check-in at a retreat facility for a day or two


Sometimes when we feel that way, we are trying to find ourself 

Sometimes when we feel that way, we are trying to find  God

Sometimes when we feel that way, we are trying to reconnect

Whatever you do when you feel like that, know that you will eventually be okay.
