What should I do when I can't explain how I feel

Everything will find its place

Sometimes you can't explain how you feel

You know you are living but not hundred percent alive

You might be burnt out or you might need clarity

It might be work, but you know it's not just work

It might be family or the lack of it, but you know it's not just that

It might be that you're not getting enough meditation or quiet time but you know it's not just that

You just know something is off.


At times like that, you need some downtime, some alone time

Take a walk alone or with an easy-going friend

Watch your favourite TV series that makes you laugh till you cry

Read those books that take you to other lovely dimensions and totally relax you

Remember how you were before these feelings, then, imagine yourself back at those good times

Get the kids out to sleep over at a friend's or family

Check-in at a retreat facility for a day or two

Consider therapy. It could be magical

Do that one thing that brings revolution to your heart.


Sometimes when we feel that way, we are trying to find ourself 

Sometimes when we feel that way, we are trying to find  God

Sometimes when we feel that way, we are trying to reconnect

Sometimes when we feel that way, the mind is trying to process an issue

Whatever you do when you feel that way, know that it is a semi-colon, not a full-stop

Don't let your mind play a fast one on you. Don't give up

Don't give up on me now

Don't throw in the towel. No, not today

You will eventually be okay. Darling, you will eventually be okay.
